It's been an amazing experience, thanks to the people there. Mustapha, Bariç and the girl at the breakfast round were amazing, other people were great too no doubt. Yet my most interaction had been with them. There are two entrances and almost everything is at a walking distance or just some miles away! Highly recommend it!

Friendly staff and great location. We enjoyed our stay at Emen's hotel, which was conveniently located close to all the main attractions in Izmir. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was varied. My only feedback would be to improve the WiFi coverage as it wasn't the best in our room.

Rooms were great, sleek and clean. The breakfast was good for value - loved being able to have the delicious cappuccinos and mochas while we were there. Not a fault of the hotel itself but the location around it is not very pedestrian friendly, especially at night. Izmir is very crowded.

My family and I just stayed at Emen's hotel, there were 12 of us from the States, Europe and the Middle East. I couldn't have picked a better place for the price, the customer service and the rooms themselves. The staff was very helpful when it came to our needs and the concierge was terrific at getting us rides. The breakfast is great (they even will make you a custom egg dish if you ask). The location was the only thing that I was not too happy with because I was hoping it would be closer to the water. However, if you don't mind the city/urban lifestyle, then Emen's is a great location and the bazaars are literally a couple of minutes away walking. We still walked to the water (about 30 minutes) but drove to Chesme and Alacati (which I would highly recommend if you have the time). There are plenty of places close by to eat as well as small grocery stores within a couple of minutes walking distance. For the price, you definitely cannot go wrong staying here. It's definitely the nicest hotel in it's area.

I love this hotel. They are so welcoming and helpful. The girls and guys at the reception were so nice. They offered us tea as soon as we arrived and served us as well. We even got free bottled water. would definitely stay here again. Perfectly clean good hotel...

Great upmarket hotel in Izmir. The hotels and rooms are new and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very attentive, especially with the valet parking. One could easily use it as a base to go around Izmir either by public transport or walking. Would recommend it for anyone having a brief stop in Izmir near the city centre.

We were two couples who stayed for a few nights in July as a base to visit Ephesus. We were all very impressed with the level of service and cleanliness of the hotel. Each and every staff member from reception to the dining room were extremely helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are decorated with modern furnishings. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and there was a large variety each day of eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries along with juices and coffee. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Izmir.

Otele ilk girerken karşılaştığınız o güler yüzle çıkış yapacağınız o ana kadar ki karşılaşacağınız yüz aynıdır. O yüzden eşimle beraber çok mutlu ve aynı zamanda çok memnun kaldık. Bizi karşıladıktan sonra kahve ikramınız da çok güzel bir incelikti. İlginiz alakanız ve özellikle de gülümseyen gözlerinizden dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir sonra ki tatilde görüşmek üzere 👋🏻😊

Odalar çok temiz , çalışanlar çok kibar ve ilgili , kahvaltı güzel , merkeze 10 dk mesafede ve park yeri için çalışanlar yardım ediyor, zorluk çekmedik hiç. Otel değil kendi evimizdeydik.. Teşekkürler

Otel çok kurumsal hizmet çok iyi odalar çok temiz. Yeterli genişlikte eşyaları yeni. Civarda park sorunu var ama vale hizmetleri var arabamızı park ettiler eşyalarımızı odaya çıkardılar. Minibar fiyatları uygun. Memnun kaldık. Balayı çifti olduğumuz için hediye ettikleri meyve tabağı içinde teşekkürler.

Temmuz ayında eşimle konakladık 3 gün. Çok çok memnun kaldık . Odalar temiz, personel ilgili, kahvaltı açık büfe ve gayet yeterli . Konum olarak biz çoğu yere yürüyerek gittik neredeyse . Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim yolu İzmir’e düşenlere .
